Shiregreen Medical Centre and Melrose Surgery have been awarded a rating of 'Requires Improvement' on the last inspection from Care Quality Commision (CQC). The date of the last inspection was 20th November 2018. You can find the certificates on the two links below.

Travel Vaccinations

With the holiday season well upon us, did you know you can now complete and submit a travel questionnaire online - just click on the services bar at the top of the page, and click travel.

Simply complete and submit the questionnaire, and one of our Practices Nurses will contact you with an appointment or travel advise as needed.

Please note all travel questionnaires and enquiries need to be submitted to the practice at least 6 weeks before travelling.
